Terms of Service

We provide international logistics from Bharat, including door-to-door parcel shipping, assisted purchasing and consolidation (Shop & Ship), and business/commercial cargo. Service availability, transit times, and pricing depend on origin, destination, weight, and item type, and are shown at the time of booking.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You must not ship items that are prohibited or restricted by us, by carriers, or by the laws of the origin or destination country. This includes, without limitation, hazardous materials, flammables, loose batteries, currency and bullion, perishable goods without approved packaging, and controlled substances.

Some items are permitted only with correct packaging, declarations, or documentation (e.g., prescription medicines with a valid prescription). You are responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions and declared values. Misdeclaration may result in delays, seizure, penalties, or refusal of service.

Prices are quoted based on the information you provide and may be re-assessed on actual weight, dimensions, and contents at our hub. Additional charges (e.g., re-packaging, customs duties, taxes) may apply and are payable by you. Estimates are not guarantees; the final payable amount is confirmed before dispatch.

Cross-border shipments are subject to the customs rules, duties, and taxes of the destination country. Unless expressly stated as included, such charges are your responsibility. We assist with documentation and clearance but do not control customs decisions or timelines.

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk and responsibility for correct recipient details, addresses, and import eligibility rest with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in these Terms and any insurance you purchase at checkout. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from misdeclaration, prohibited items, incorrect details, or customs actions. We strongly recommend purchasing shipment insurance for valuable items.

You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Certain obligations (e.g., payment, indemnity) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bharat, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
