Refund Policy

We aim to be transparent about charges. Because logistics costs are incurred as your shipment moves through pickup, consolidation, customs, and delivery, refund eligibility depends on the stage at which a request is made.

If you cancel a booking before your parcel has been picked up or before purchasing has begun for a Shop & Ship request, any advance paid is refundable, less any costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., non-recoverable purchase costs or payment-processing fees).

Once we have purchased an item on your behalf, the item cost is generally non-refundable and is subject to the originating store's own return policy. We will pass through any refund we are able to recover from the store, less applicable fees.

The following are generally non-refundable once incurred:

• Customs duties and taxes paid to authorities.
• Shipping legs already completed.
• Re-packaging, handling, and verification fees for work already performed.
• Payment-processing fees.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you may file a claim. Compensation is limited to the coverage of any insurance purchased at checkout and to the limits set out in our Terms. Claims require supporting evidence (e.g., photos, invoices) and must be submitted within the claim window stated at booking.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after approval, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate it to our support team for further review. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
